General Questions

Yes, many of our charm bracelets are adjustable to fit various wrist sizes. Please check the product details for specific sizing information.

Use a soft measuring tape: If you have a flexible measuring tape (like the ones used for sewing), simply wrap it around your wrist just above the bone where you'd normally wear a bracelet. Use a string or paper strip: If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.

Bracelet sizes are often measured in centimeters (cm) because the metric system is widely used around the world, making it a more universal and consistent way to measure length. Centimeters allow for more precise sizing, which is especially helpful when dealing with smaller measurements like wrist circumference and bracelet length.
Snug fit: If you prefer your bracelet to fit snugly, add about 1 cm (or 1/4 inch) to your wrist measurement. Looser fit: For a looser, more comfortable fit, add around 2 cm (or 3/4 inch) to your wrist measurement.
To keep your charm bracelet looking beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use and clean gently with a soft cloth.
No. Coupons cannot be combined with sale prices, discounts, or gift cards. Sale items are already discounted, and applying an additional coupon would exceed our system’s discount policy. Be sure to check the terms of the coupon for any exclusions.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this number to track your package through our courier's website.
